It's been soo long since I've posted! There has been so much going on that I just have not found the time to keep up with the postings-sorry to those who have been missing out on the Tate action ;)

Since last time I wrote, we have moved to San Angelo, gotten settled into our new home (with MUCH thanks to our families!), I had my 24th birthday (on the day we moved), Tate has turned 4 months old, had his first play date with Remi, had family photos, and we took our first family trip to Fredericksburg! WHEW...now details

We moved on April 30th and needless to say it was chaotic and hard but luckily we have great families who got us through it! We finally feel a little more at home and are still settling in but have nearly everything in its place. I still have to hang some art and pictures on the walls and do some other little things.
Tate is now 4 months old! I can't believe how fast time has flown by! I feel like he's been here forever-but at the same time, like he just got here. He's so beautiful and I couldn't ask for a more amazing gift from God. I will post 4 month pictures and details. He also had his first playdate last Wednesday with the super cute Remi. Remi is adorable and is very mobile now, which Tate was very jealous of, and was all smiles and giggles. Tate was still sleepy and therefore, a little cranky. We played in the house with some of Remi's toys and then Lauri and I took the boys on a little walk. I love that Tate will be able to have someone to play with. Thanks again Lauri for the fun day! We can't wait to do it again-this time maybe Tate will be a little happier :)

We recently had family photos taken by the fabulous Chanda Tedder. She is located out of San Antonio but used to live in San Angelo. She has a daughter my age and a brand new granddaughter who is only 1 month older that Tate-she is super cute. She did a great job and I was very impressed. I will also post these in a separate posting later. It was really hot and Tate was sleepy- so no smiles but there are still some good ones.
We also had our first family vacation to Fredericksburg for my birthday and mother's day. Thanks to my husband for being so wonderful to me for taking us. We stayed at the Country Cottages just outside of Fredericksburg. It is located on a game ranch and so there were deer, elk, peacocks, and all sorts of wild animals for us to watch. It was so gorgeous. The cottages were absolutely stunning and the whole place was so quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. I really had a great time. On the way down there Tate was NOT happy but when we got there he did a great job. And to our surprise on the way back he slept the entire way! Thank Goodness! We ate some great food at Bejas Grill and did a little bit of shopping. I loved it! I can't wait to go back---but we will definitely wait for a little while, until little man is a tad older ;)

Time to get some rest. I will post more pictures tomorrow, hopefully!
