Thanksgiving 2011

This year we spent Thanksgiving at my mom's house. It was a great time with good food and lots of fun! I'm grateful for my family and all the love that surrounds us!

Bowen hadn't slept well the night before and was asleep when we got there. I really hoped he would sleep through the meal but no such luck. He wasn't about to miss his first Thanksgiving! Next year he'll definitely appreciate it more.

After dinner we went home so the boys could take a nap then we went to Dad's shop and play some ping pong! Then it was time for the traditional after Thanksgiving A&M vs Texas game. It was a little sad because since we are changing conferences we won't be playing anymore. So much for that rivalry. It was fun while it lasted. The game gave me just about a heart attack-I really thought we were going to win. Case McCoy, thanks for ruining it for me by running into field goal range in the last seconds! GRRR 

What a great Thanksgiving! We definitely all have more than enough to be grateful for!
